Winwyn Marquez reveals she’s pregnant: ‘We’re over the moon’

Winwyn Marquez has revealed that she is pregnant!

The Miss Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 titleholder announced the wonderful news on her latest vlog published Saturday.

The vlog showed the actress and her partner, whose face was hidden, in a video call happy and cheering after she showed the positive pregnancy test. 

Her parents Joey Marquez and Alma Moreno were also seen getting emotional and expressing their happiness after Winwyn showed them a copy of her ultrasound.

“Me and my partner were both so happy. My family, everyone, super saya namin (we’re super happy),” Winwyn said.

“We’re so happy. We’re over the moon and I’m so excited for this part of our life and for this chapter to start.”

Winwyn also said she had taken a leave from work because she was advised to rest. She expressed her gratitude to her GMA family for being supportive of her decision.

“I am taking it day by day,” the beauty queen said. “Yes, there are still episodes of bad nausea, dizziness, and that I get tired easily but I always try to listen to my body (as my doctors have been telling me), to avoid stress and make sure that I am in a safe environment and not push anything out of my limit.”

Thanking her family and everyone who had supported them, she added, “it’s such a good Christmas gift for me and my partner, for my family ... please pray for our small family.”

Prior to announcing her pregnancy, Winwyn confirmed early this month that she was in a relationship with someone outside of showbiz. – RC, GMA News
