Neri Miranda responds to all the ‘Marites’ asking about the little girl in their new family pic

Neri Miranda and Chito Miranda just marked their seventh anniversary on Instagram with a family photo featuring their two boys, Miggy and Cash, and a little girl.

As netizens couldn’t help but speculate on the identity of the little girl in the picture, Neri posted a quick clarification to address all the gossip in the comments.

“Thank you sa mga pagmamahal at pagbati sa aming anibersaryo… Ramdam ko ang pagmamahal po ninyo,” Neri began.

“At sa mga 'Marites,' Pia is our daughter,” she added.

Neri went on to stress that “every child deserves a home and love. Period.”

“Ok na? Gets na yan? Grabe ang pagiging tsismosa ng ibang tao. Nahusgahan at nagawan na ng mga kwento… Merry Christmas!” she wrote.

Chito also reacted to netizens who were quick to brand him as a “babaero” and assumed he had an extramarital affair.

One comment said “May anak pala sa ibang babae si [Chito Miranda] babaero din pala,” and the Parokya ni Edgar vocalist simply replied with a laughing face emoji and the hashtags #netizens and #marites.

Chito and Neri tied the knot in 2014.
