"Happy anniversary mommy! I love you very very much!" he said.

"Thank you mommy sa pag supporta mo lagi sakin at pagmamahal ikaw ang pinaka'the best mommy! Wala na akong hihilingin pa," he added. "Habang buhay kitang mamahalin asawa ko mahal na mahal kita!"

Last year, Kiray shared in an Instagram post that she and Stephan got together during one of the lowest moments in their lives .
