Winwyn Marquez confirms relationship with non-showbiz partner

Winwyn Marquez has confirmed that she’s in a relationship with someone outside of show business.

In a PEP.ph interview, the Miss Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 titleholder didn’t name her partner but expressed how happy she was.

“My partner is a very private person. Iniiwasan ko talagang ... siyempre there’s a part of me na gusto ko sa akin lang,” said Winwyn.

[I’m trying to avoid ... of course, there’s a part of me that I want to keep to myself.]

“Pero di ko siya tinatago. I am really in love ... I’m happy. Alam mo ’yung contentment? Nandoon.”

[But I’m not hiding it. I am really in love ... I’m happy. You know the feeling of contentment? I have it.)

Winwyn also said her boyfriend was supportive of her showbiz career and was beside her when her film “Nelia” was announced to be part of Metro Manila Film Festival this year.

“Super excited siya for me. Alam niya nung pandemic nung nagsu-shoot ako, I gave everything to this film,” she said.

[He’s super excited for me. He knows that when I was filming during the pandemic I gave everything to this film.]

“Kasi ’di ba pandemic, nagsu-shooting, ta’ di mo alam kung anong nangyayari. So, sabi niya, worth it daw lahat ng sacrifices namin na ginawa when I was shooting that.”

[Because we were shooting during the pandemic, things were uncertain. So, he said, all of our sacrifices when I was shooting that were worth it.)

Meanwhile, Winwyn neither confirmed nor denied the pregnancy rumors.

“Pero right now, mga pets ko inaalagaan ko now. Baby namin ngayon is Nelia,” she said.
