Kylie Padilla speaks up after Aljur Abrenica’s statement: ‘I will protect my happiness’

Kylie Padilla broke her silence after Aljur Abrenica released a statement on their separation.

On Friday, the actress shared a photo of herself looking happy with her two boys.

"I have all I could ever want already. Para sa lahat ng nag-aalala sakin, I’m really ok," she said. "Masaya ako and I will protect my happiness. No matter what."

On Wednesday, Aljur released a statement urging his ex-partner Kylie to “tell the truth” about "who cheated first" and "wrecked” their family.

Following Aljur's post, Kylie shared a series of quotes on Instagram.

In July, Robin Padilla confirmed that his daughter Kylie and Aljur had parted ways after more than two years of marriage.

Asked if there was a third party, Robin answered that there supposedly was on Aljur's end.

Kylie then said she and Aljur were working on a co-parenting setup for their sons Alas and Axl.

She later commented on the dating rumors between Aljur and actress AJ Raval, saying she simply wished for him to be happy as he remained the father of her two sons.

AJ also spoke up and said she was not the third party involved in Kylie and Aljur's split. – Kaela Malig
