Britney Spears pens adorable birthday message for sons: ‘I’m so blessed to have these 2 little men in my life’

Britney Spears is one proud mom as she shares her adorable birthday message for her sons.

On Wednesday, the pop star posted a quote card and a lengthy message to Jayden James, who turned 15 on Sept. 12, and Sean Preston, who turned 16 on Sept. 14.

“My boys’ birthdays were last week and unfortunately they are growing up and want to do their own things,” Britney wrote on Instagram.

The singer said she had to ask their permission before posting about them because her sons were “extremely independent little men.”

“It makes me crazy because they are so tall and geez they are still growing!!! They went to a dance last week and I cried for two days. My babies in a suit!!! It’s crazy!!! And girls get ready cause my boys are so handsome!!!” she said, adding that they had a simple celebration with the “coolest” ice cream cakes.

The quote card she posted, meanwhile, said: “There is nothing stronger than the love between a mom and a son.”

“There’s a lot I can’t share with you all because my kids are very private which I love but I will tell you they are both extremely talented and I’m so incredibly blessed to have these two little men in my life!!!” she said.

“And if they’re reading this, which I’m pretty sure they’re not, I love you two little devils so much.”

In March, Britney shared a rare photo of herself with her sons and said she didn’t post about them as much because they’re “at the age where they want to express their own identities.”

Jayden and Sean are Britney’s children with former husband Kevin Federline.

Last week, Britney, who has been fighting in court against a 13-year old conservatorship over her personal and financial affairs, announced her engagement with boyfriend Sam Asghari. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
