Bea Alonzo says of mom's reaction to her relationship with Dominic Roque: 'Para kaming best friends na kinikilig'

Bea Alonzo expressed her happiness over her mom's "cute" reaction to her relationship with Dominic Roque.

In a Kapuso Showbiz News interview, the Kapuso actress shared she was happy at how her mom acted like her best friend, getting "kilig" over her new relationship.

"I'm happy kasi nanay ko, never kasi 'yan nakialam sa relasyon ko. With this one ang cute kasi para kaming best friends na kinikilig," Bea said.

[I'm happy because my mom never meddles in my relationships. With this one, it's cute because we're like best friends who are getting butterflies together.]

Bea recalled how her mom would call her to tell her what people would comment and say.

"Mahilig kasi si mama magbasa ng comments so siya para siyang nag-uupdate sakin ano sinasabi ng mga tao," Bea said. "She's happy. Alam mo she's happy ano desisyon sa buhay ko. As long as I'm happy and that person is good for me wala ka maririnig kay mama."

[She loves to read the comments section so she would update me with what people were saying. She's happy. You know, she's happy with whatever decision I make. As long as I'm happy and that person is good for me, you won't hear anything from her.]

She added, "At the end of the day she always wants what's best for me."
