Nadine Samonte's four-year-old daughter Heather recently underwent an eye surgery.

Nadine’s husband, Richard Chua, on Wednesday posted pictures of their little girl at the hospital for her procedure.

“My anxiety level today went beyond maximum tolerance…all the waiting drove me insane..." the father wrote in the caption of an Instagram post.

"But thank you Lord that you stayed beside our baby Heather the whole time she was at the OR and made sure everything was ok,” he added.

Richard ended his post with the hashtags #EyeSurgery and #ToGodBeTheGlory.

He did not disclose much details regarding Heather’s condition, but several of the family’s friends and supporters wished her well in the comments.

Earlier this week, Nadine took to Instagram to ask for prayers amid her family’s health struggles.

Apart from her eldest daughter’s eye surgery, the actress shared that her husband was set to undergo an angiogram, which checks on one’s blood vessels.

Nadine also revealed she had been struggling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APAS) while being pregnant with her third child. —Margaret Claire Layug/JCB, GMA News
