Abdul Raman seeks financial help after mom suffers stroke

“Starstruck” alumnus Abdul Raman has sought financial help as his mother suffers a stroke.

On Tuesday, the “Legal Wives” actor posted his e-wallet details and said his mom had a stroke and was taken to three hospitals because the first two ones were already full.

“This is the first and only time I’m posting something like this,” the actor shared in Filipino on Facebook.

“After the CT scan, we found out that there was a blood clot in her head, and I was at the taping for my show at the time. I was just on my way home and I haven’t seen my mom in almost a month.”

Abdul said his mom’s brain surgery went well yesterday, but the doctors advised that due to the nature of operation, “she will never be the same as before.”

“I am desperate and in dire need of everyone’s help who is willing, and I am willing to sell my personal belongings to pay for the hospital bills (I cannot post any picture or video of my mom in the hospital since it's not allowed),” he said.

“And again, this is hopefully the only time I’d need to do this, thank you so much to everyone.”
