Aljur Abrenica reunites with sons Alas and Axl

Aljur Abrenica had a heart-warming reunion with his sons, Alas and Axl, in his parents' home in Batangas.

In a Facebook Live video on Thursday, the actor said he hadn't seen his boys for a long time.

"I'm excited to see them. I bought some food for them, I hope they'll like it," he said.

Aljur then hopped out of the car and went inside the house. Alas and Axl were seated at a table with his family.

When his eldest son, Alas, saw him, he jumped into Aljur's waiting arms. Axl, meanwhile, shared a special fist bump with his father.

The reunion came shortly after the actor's wife, Kylie Padilla, broke her silence on their separation.

In a statement, Kylie said she and Aljur are working on a co-parenting relationship for their sons.

Kylie and Aljur sparked breakup rumors in February after sharing cryptic posts on Instagram. Kylie's father, Robin Padilla, confirmed their separation on Thursday.
