Couple perform TWICE’s ‘What is Love’ for wedding first dance

Instead of the usual slow dance in weddings, a couple in Batangas rode the K-Pop wave and performed a song from the girl group TWICE.

A “State of the Nation” report Tuesday showed the couple in a viral wedding dance video energetically grooving to “What Is Love?” while their guests cheered them on.

According to Darren and Louisse Esmade, they watched dance tutorials so they could perfect the moves and truly give their audience a show.

The pair tied the knot on June 16 to mark their 10th anniversary as a couple.

“Despite all the challenges that we’ve been through for the past 10 years, we’ve always been choosing each other,” Darren said.

“Until the end of our days, we will always choose love,” Louisse added.
