Mo Twister and Angelika Schmeing are married!
DJ Mo Twister and Angelika Schmeing, better known as Angelicopter, are married! Congratulations!
DJ Mo announced the good news on Instagram Wednesday, posting several photos from their wedding day in Iceland, which was experiencing an unusual summer snow storm.
"Here’s a tip about getting married in a far away wilderness like Iceland. Have not one but two backup plans," Mo began his caption.
"We had some extreme weather that made us have to completely overhaul the entire day," he continued.
Because of the summer snow storm, Angelika's whimsical lace dress was "ripped by the weather and the elements," Mo was "drenched" in his suit and tie, and their kids had to stay behind in the hotel.
"Then like a miracle, we found a bright, calm and SUNNY spot wherein it ended up with just the two of us. Insane and insanely romantic. It was incredible," Mo said.
In his Instagram Stories, Mo posted videos of what looks to be such a challenging hike finding the aforementioned spot.
He also posted a photo of Angelika standing strong in her wedding dress, amid snow covered mountains, and referenced "The Game of Thrones."
"My Khaleesi calling on the dragons," he wrote.
In her Instagram Stories, Angelika posted some behind-the-scenes of their wedding day, driving around Iceland and photoshoots from the hotel.
She also posted videos of Mo sleeping soundly after the wedding as she referenced some fairytales: "Happily ever after," she wrote in one of them. "Sleeping beauty," Angelika wrote in another.
DJ Mo Twister announced their engagement in May last year.
