Did Rabiya Mateo and her boyfriend unfollow each other on Instagram?

It looks like Rabiya Mateo and her longtime boyfriend have unfollowed each other on Instagram. 

As of Friday, a quick check on both of their accounts has shown that neither are following each other on the platform.

Toward the end of Rabiya’s Miss Universe 2020 journey, rumors circulated that she and her boyfriend Neil Salvacion were having relationship problems.

It began when followers noticed that her photos could no longer be seen on Neil’s account.

However, she dismissed the rumors by commenting on one of his photos, where he could be seen chilling on a boat. 

In an interview a few days later, Rabiya addressed the issue, saying she and Neil were in a “complicated situation.”

“We need to talk about things when I go back to the Philippines, but we’re friends. I still try to contact him but we need to have this space together as of the moment,” she said.

“But I’m not closing any doors. We’ve been in this kind of situation before. We’ve been together for seven years now. Who knows?” – RC, GMA News
