Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters is expecting a baby girl for her panganay!

The beauty queen shared the happy news through an Instagram video on Tuesday morning.

In the video, she and partner Camarines Sur Governor Migz Villafuerte are seen holding two cans, which later released pink smoke.

Upon seeing it, the couple couldn’t help but feel emotional. They also celebrated by munching on pink cupcakes.
