Kelsey Merritt and Olympian boyfriend Conor Dwyer are celebrating their third year together as a couple.

The Filipino-American model just posted some memorable photos with the two-time Olympic gold medalist on Instagram, along with a short but sweet caption for their 3rd anniversary.

“3 years with this one, over the years dump!" Kelsey began, as she tagged Conor.

"I love you babe, the most amazing years with you,” she added.
