Sharon Cuneta bids tearful goodbye to family, flies abroad: 'I need to breathe, collect myself'
Sharon Cuneta took to social media on Tuesday to announce that she was leaving the Philippines.
The singer-actress posted a photo of her passport on Instagram, saying she needed to "go home" and “breathe, collect myself, gain strength.”
Sharon did not exactly specify where her destination was or for how long she'll be gone, but she mentioned that she and her eldest were legal residents of the country.
“I’m going home. Of course my real home, where my heart is, is where my husband and children are. But tonight I am flying home to my Mommy’s Gramps’ country, where only my eldest and I are legal residents,” Sharon wrote.
“I need to breathe, collect myself, gain strength. Love you all and will miss you guys," she added.
Sharon also posted photos of herself saying an emotional goodbye to her husband Kiko Pangilinan and her children.
