Are on-screen partners Julie Anne San Jose and David Licauco open to real-life romance?

Julie Anne San Jose and David Licauco are oozing with chemistry in the Kapuso series "Heartful Cafe."

After serving kilig scenes as Heart and Ace, the pair is now being shipped together by fans!

In Aubrey Carampel’s report for "24 Oras," Julie Anne and David addressed the possibility of a real-life romance between them.

"I've been eyeing Julie for a while now so why not? It depends on her if she will say yes or no," David said in a mix of English and Filipino.

"I never closed my doors so I mean, I'm open to any possibility. Yes if there's a chance to get to know him more, why not?" Julie Anne said.

"Heartful Cafe" premiered on April 26 and the certified kilig scenes have been making the viewers want more.

"For some reason, David and I don't know what the formula is but I guess that's the magic of chemistry, something that’s unplanned and unexpected," Julie Anne.

"Heartful Cafe" follows the story of Heart Fulgencio whose cafe gets saved by her co-investor, Ace Nobleza when it turned into shambles.
