Rabiya Mateo keeps on slaying it at the pre-pageant activities of the 69th Miss Universe competition.

Aces and Queens just shared the Pinay beauty queen's latest look: A figure-hugging ruched dress by Martin Bautista — the same designer that made the fabulous blue number Heart Evangelista wore when she made the joke about going to the grocery to buy corned beef, remember?

Anyway, the radiant and eye-catching yellow color complemented Rabiya's skin tone, and it had a special detail that “adds a playful element to classic silhouettes” and “creates an illusion of height.”

To top off the look, Rabiya wore sparkly diamond earrings on a sunny day and nude heels that made her long legs look even longer.
