Ryan Agoncillo and Judy Ann Santos are celebrating 12 years as husband and wife!

On Instagram Wednesday, Ryan shared a close-up photo of Judy Ann and captioned it with a quote from John Green’s “The Fault In Our Stars.”

“And that there will come a day when all our labor has been returned to dust, and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we’ll ever have,” he wrote.
