Paolo Bediones and fiancée Lara Morena introduce their daughter Baby Avery

Paolo Bediones and his fiance Lara Morena introduced their daughter, Baby Avery, who is now a little over a year old.

In an interview with PEP.ph's Cabinet Files, Paolo shared how blessed they were to have been able to adopt the 6-month old Baby Avery during the quarantine period.

"Mylene [Lara’s real name] and I have been praying for so long to be able to start our own family together," he said.

“During quarantine, we were blessed with the opportunity to adopt her at 6-months," he said.

"She is now a year and 5 months," he added.

The former GMA-7 host said he has been "loving the experience of being a first-time dad," changing diapers, putting his daughter to bed, making her milk even.

"I am so happy," Paolo said.

His fiancee has also been equally hands-on, he shares.

"Her name is Avery and she is the reason I get up every morning and go home early from a hard and stressful day at work," Paolo added.

On Instagram, Paolo and Lara have been sharing photos of Baby Avery and their moments with her.

In one of the photos he shared, Paolo wrote, "pic says it all" and used the hashtag #firsttimedad.

Paolo also told Cabinet Files that he and Myline will be "getting married soon." Plans are a foot for a civil wedding ceremony with a church wedding to follow. "Hirap din gumalaw during the pandemic kasi," he explained.

Last June, he already told the Cabinet Files that Lara is "the one" for him.

"We have been through many ups and downs in our relationship, but what matters, in the end, is how much you want to make things work," he said.
