Ken Chan fulfills mother’s decade-long wish, gives her a red car

Ken Chan was finally able to fulfill his mother’s wish when he gave her a brand-new red car.

On Thursday, the actor shared photos of his mom with her shiny new ride.

He said 10 years ago, his mother jokingly told him: “‘Anak, kapag naging successful ka sa career mo, bigyan mo ako ng pulang kotse ah.’”

[Son, when you become successful in your career, you should give me a red car.]

Ken said his mother did not know that he took it seriously and he would make her joke come true.

“This is for you, Ma, enjoy the ride! I love you!” he said.

In the comments, his friends and fellow celebrities expressed their amazement and sent their congratulatory remarks, such as Sanya Lopez and Manilyn Reynes.

Rocco Nacino gave his congratulations and “snappy salute,” while Rayver Cruz said: “Nice one brother, best feeling, stay blessed.”
