KC Concepcion thanks mom Sharon Cuneta as she celebrates her 36th birthday
Celebrants are always the ones given attention on their birthdays but KC Concepcion, who turned another year older on Wednesday, put the spotlight on the one who gave birth to her.
Shortly after sharing a cute throwback photo with her dad Gabby, KC shared a throwback photo where Sharon Cuneta was seen carrying little KC on her lap. In the caption, she dedicated a message to her “La Reina.”
“Thank you for bringing me to the world, raising me and doing the best you could at 19 for your Easter baby!” she wrote.
“You instilled in me so much about love, work and life. You made me both strong and vulnerable, independent but sensitive, you’ve made me resilient,” she added.
According to KC, Sharon always told her that “the best lessons learned in life are learned outside of the 4 walls of the classroom.”
“Thinking of you Mama and love you,” she said, adding a kiss emoji and #BirthdayAppreciationPost.
Sharon, meanwhile, shared the post on her account and greeted her eldest a happy birthday.
“Wishing you love and happiness and success in your career. Hope you had a great birthday with your Pa and your family. God bless you always,” she wrote in the caption.
