Rhian Ramos reveals she tested positive for COVID-19
Rhian Ramos revealed that she tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
On Instagram, Wednesday, Rhian shared a photo with road manager Rach Librado, followed by a video showing their recovery progress.
In the video, Rhian’s showed her positive test result and shared how she and Rach helped each other to recover.
“It started with a fever. We isolated for a few days but found out we were both positive. Started feeling better day four to six,” she wrote.
According to her post, their days went like a rollercoaster ride - from better to worse and vice-versa, but they stayed “motivated and focused on [their] health.”
“We still found things to laugh about because despite the scary days, at least we had each other," she added.
In the caption, the Kapuso actress said they are now “out of the woods” and expressed how “grateful [she is] for life, health, love and friendship.”
Rhian also gave some encouragement to those who are still struggling with the disease.
“The light at the end of the tunnel is wonderful. If you or someone you know is still going through the covid battle, stay motivated my friend. Keep your morale up,” she wrote.
“When you see your first negative result, you'll be overcomed with relief and that feeling you've been dreaming of, where for 5 minutes there's finally no fear,” she added.
Rhian ended her post by saying, “God bless our countrymen and God bless our health workers. Praying for you all out there. Stay safe.” — Franchesca Viernes/LA, GMA News
