Sam Pinto explains why she's marrying Anthony Semerad for the second time

Sam Pinto and Anthony Semerad have already gotten married, but there will be a sequel this December.

In a vlog posted a few weeks after they tied the knot, the actress said their first wedding was only attended by four people: Sam's mom and sister, along with Anthony’s twin brother David and his wife Gwen Zamora.

It turns out Sam and Anthony initially planned a simple civil wedding at the City Hall before the pandemic, but opted for an "intimate sunset wedding" instead.

The couple then decided to just have a "semi-bigger wedding" this December, this time with friends and family invited.

"That's why hindi sila invited dito kasi parang we don't want to do it again, kasi parang redundant if we do it here, and then we do it again there. So parang isa nalang, di ba? (That's why [family and friends] were not invited. We didn't want to do it again since it would be redundant if we do it here, and then we do it again there. Why not just have one [wedding], right?)" Sam said.
