Kara David says Cesar Apolinario’s kids excelling in school, ‘doing their father proud’

Kara David took to social media on Sunday to talk about how her colleague Cesar Apolinario’s kids are doing and told him not to worry as they continue to excel in their classes.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, the journalist shared a photo of her with Cesar and another of her with one of his daughters, followed by his kids’ Certificates of Recognition.

According to Kara, the children have always been topping their classes ever since she took them in as scholars of Project Malasakit.

“Athena, Remus and Sofia have been doing their father proud. They are consistently at the top of their class,” she wrote in the caption.

“Athena graduated in Grade 10 with honors, same with Sofia who is in Grade 7. Remus who is now in senior high school at STI is top 6 in his class,” she continued.

She then penned a short message to Cesar, saying that he should not worry since his beloved children are doing great.

“Pareng Cesar, huwag kang mag-alala, your kids are doing great. Para sa iyo ito, mahal kong kaibigan,” she wrote with a heart, as she also added words of love for his widow Jhoy Apolinario.

(My friend Cesar, don’t worry, your kids are doing great. This is for you, my beloved friend.)

“Congratulations Athena, Remus [and] Sofia. We are always very proud of you.”

She also thanked GMA Network, Inc., reporters, news anchors, hosts and friends who are continuously helping with the kids’ tuition fees.
