Proud mama Saab Magalona posts video of Pancho pulling himself up to stand

Proud mama Saab Magalona marked a milestone for son Pancho on Sunday as he succeeded in getting up to stand all by himself.

In Instagram videos on Sunday, Saab is seen encouraging her adorable eldest boy to get up from the chair he was sitting on.

As his mom cheered him on, Pancho slowly got up, using his mom’s shoulders for support.

Once he made it, Saab immediately hugged him while dad Jim Bacarro exclaimed “very good!” in the background.

“Tonight’s miracle: Pancho pulling himself up and standing without our help!!” Saab wrote in the caption.

“Let’s all be reminded that each child has a certain path and as parents, we are just there to guide them the best we can,” she said, adding a hashtag for Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month.

In January last year, Saab revealed that Pancho is her and husband Jim's “miracle boy” after he made it through his difficult birth.

She also likened him to a superhero which proves to be true since Pancho’s fighting up to this day. Last month, he celebrated his third birthday. — Franchesca Viernes/BM, GMA News
