Pia Magalona shares throwback photo to honor Francis M. on his death anniversary
It's been 12 years since Francis Magalona passed away and on Instagram Saturday, his widow, Pia Magalona shared a sweet throwback photo from 1991, when they were still a family.
"Remembering FrancisM on his death anniversary, 06 March 2009," Pia began her caption.
After explaining it was a photo from when they visited EB Magalona town in 1991, Pia identified everybody in the photo.
Pia said the statue was a tribute to the Magalona patriarch, Senator Enrique Magalona, who is the father of the famed actor Pancho Magalona, "for whom baby Pancho is named," she said.
Francis M died on March 6, 2009, after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in August 2008.
