Heart reveals she ‘envisioned and manifested’ being with husband Chiz

Having a huge admiration for Chiz Escudero, Heart Evangelista “envisioned and manifested” them being together, the star revealed.

In a Youtube vlog with Dr. Aivee Teo on Sunday, Heart recalled the first time she saw Chiz.

“Kasama ko yung ex-boyfriend ko sa La Union beauty pageant and I saw him and I remember asking, ‘Sino ‘to?’ Kasi when he was going up the stage, everyone was singing the Bamboo song ‘Hallelujah,’” she said.

“Nung nagsalita ta’s kahit yung lakad, sabi ko, ‘Ang charming naman nito’ and I remember sinabi ko pa sa ex ko, ‘You know, I think I like him.’ From that day on, lagi na akong nanonood ng mga speech niya,” she added.

Heart added that Chiz was her “ultimate crush” even before she learned that he was about to get an annulment.

“He was my dream guy, somebody that I didn’t think I’ll end up with because he was married, but he was the standard,” she said.

When they met again after a few years—with Senator Senator Miriam Santiago playing matchmaker—Heart immediately downloaded the song playing during their meeting, which was “Lady in Red.”

Having to face struggles early on in their marriage, Heart realized how much they love each other.

“He also really loved me. He understood my immaturity or whenever I get mad and unreasonable. Naging maalaga rin siya with my feelings,” she said.

In January, Heart revealed in an Instagram story that dying alone is her biggest fear, but she is thankful that she now has kids who serve as her “angels.”
