Gabbi Garcia reveals Khalil Ramos was his ‘cheesiest’ on their 1st Valentine’s Day in 2018

If you still have doubts that Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos are couple goals, their first Valentine’s Day together will surely change your mind!

In a Q&A vlog on Saturday, Gabbi and Khalil shared details of their first Valentine’s together. Khalil, said the actress, was the “cheesiest version” of himself during that time.

“That time, we weren’t super out yet ... there were rumors. We got spotted a couple of times, but we were at a point in our lives where we didn’t really wanna confirm anything,” Gabbi said.

The two shared that on Valentine’s Day in 2018, they were both in Quezon City but they both had work and were filming for their separate television shows.

They decided to just celebrate the day some other time, but Gabbi admitted she felt sad about it.

“Siguro hindi talaga meant for this year. We were like, ‘it’s okay,’ pero ako deep down, I was really sad kasi parang, especially before, I loved celebrations,” Gabbi said.

Suddenly, however, a package was delivered to her at her set. It was a gift from Khalil.

Khalil said the gift was their favorite film photo printed on paper that would “last a hundred plus years.”

“Basta ’yung paper parang until we grow old, buhay siya,” Gabbi said.

Khalil added, “patay na kami, ’yung picture buhay pa.”

As if that wasn’t sweet enough, Khalil called Gabbi and told her to meet him in his parked van just waiting outside of her set.

When she entered the van, she was surprised to see that inside it was a romantic dinner setup.

“Pagpasok ko no joke, he transformed his van into like formal dining, full of super cheesy stuff, the cheesiest Khalil ever ’yun,” the actress said.

“When I went in, LED na kandila was scattered there. There were hanging hearts, petals. There’s a table ... tapos it’s Japanese dinner.”

Khalil even prepared a playlist for them and they ate for an hour or so together before Gabbi was called back on set again.

Gabbi and Khalil have been together for almost three years. Together, the two are set to star in their first miniseries in GMA-7 together titled “Love You Stranger.” – RC, GMA News
