Winwyn Marquez reveals she's not single anymore

Winwyn Marquez, who was very open to being a happy singleton last year, is single no more!

The Kapuso actress, beauty queen, and marine reservist cheerfully revealed the news during an online press conference for GMA's upcoming romantic comedy "Owe My Love" on Thursday.

When asked how her "heart" was feeling, Winwyn said: "Okay naman, masaya naman... Masaya naman kasi I'm not single anymore."

Winwyn did not reveal the identity of her new flame, but confirmed that the person was based in the Philippines.

The actress also told reporters that her heart was "happy," even though they haven't been together that long,

Nevertheless, Winwyn and her special someone are currently spending time apart due to her a lock-in taping for "Owe My Love."

"Happy 'yung heart ko, and happy ako dito so kahit malayo 'yung loved one ko. Okay lang, saka na kami magkikita after lock-in," she said.

Winwyn Marquez, who came out of a longtime relationship with Mark Herras in 2019, said she has been single for the past two years.

Herras and his fiancée Nicole Donesa just welcomed their first child, Corky, last January 31.

In October 2020, Winwyn had said in an interview that she was happy for the couple and gave them her best. —MGP, GMA News
