The 26-year-old American singer revealed the news on Instagram Wednesday by posting a set of maternity photos where she’s showing off her growing baby bump.

"Surprise!" she captioned, along with emojis of baby formula, a rainbow, and an angel.

Halsey tagged screenwriter Alev Aydin who re-shared the announcement on his Instagram story with a pair of heart emojis.

Aydin replied in Halsey’s comment section saying: “Heart so full, I love you, sweetness.”

"I love you!!!!! And I love this mini human already!" Halsey replied.

According to People , sources say Halsey and Alev have been dating for several months.

Halsey, whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, previously revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage in 2015.
