Liz Uy reveals she is pregnant with second baby, married to Raymond Racaza

Nearly two months after announcing their engagement, Liz Uy revealed that she is pregnant with her second baby and is actually married to her partner Raymond Racaza.

The celebrity stylist announced the news in a story she wrote titled "#Mom" for The Philippine Star Life published on Sunday morning.

Liz said they found out she was pregnant on the fourth month of the quarantine period, approximately around July this year.

"We were closing in on the fourth month of an endless lockdown when I found out that I was pregnant with our second baby," she wrote in the article.

Liz said she "ran to Raymond and we were both screaming in delight. In the midst of a pandemic, we found this piece of good news filling up what was otherwise a glass half full of uncertainty in 2020."

Liz said during the first trimester of her pregnancy she suffered from Hyperemesis gravidarum.

According to Medicine Plus, Hyperemesis gravidarum is "is extreme, persistent nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. It can lead to dehydration, weight loss, and electrolyte imbalances."

In the latter part of her article, she wrote "Best of all, I have a husband who makes motherhood an even greater journey," revealing that they have tied the knot. 

"There is love, and there is unconditional love that I share with Raymond and Xavi, and soon enough, with our second child," she added.

Liz announced her engagement to Raymond in October.
