Drew Arellano posts hot pic of Iya Villania, asks wife: 'Isa pang anak?'

Drew Arellano couldn't help but be blown away by his wife Iya Villania even now.

"Guys, hinahamon talaga ako nito eh. Nangaano si mrs eh! Nak ng! Ano??? Ano??? Isa pang anak??? Ano.!? Kainis eh! #rawr," he wrote.

His post drew amused reactions from his celebrity friends like as Rayver Cruz and Bianca Gonzales.

Camille Prats also commented, "Nang aano ka talaga mars eh!"

This isn't the first time Drew teased his wife about having another child.

When Iya first debuted her pixie cut, Drew posted a photo of her and captioned it, "Well, I guess she wants another baby."

Drew and Iya are proud parents to three children: Primo, Leon, and Alana.
