Kyline Alcantara shares being unable to contact family in Camarines Sur during Rolly onslaught

Kyline Alcantara has shared that she was not able to contact her family in Camarines Sur for a whole day during the onslaught of Supertyphoon “Rolly.”

On Lhar Santiago’s “24 Oras” report Wednesday, Kyline said that at the height of the typhoon, she had no communication with her grandmother and her two older brothers who lived in Ocampo town.

She also shared photos sent by friends of the aftermath of the typhoon in Camarines Sur, which showed uprooted trees, collapsed structures, and debris brought by strong winds and heavy rains.

The actress, however, later shared that her two brothers eventually found a way to contact them.

“Mga Pinoy po kasi talaga, kung may bagyo man o ano man … nakakahanap ng way para sumaya at tumawa. So sina kuya po, pinatawa lang nila ako,” said Kyline. – RC, GMA News
