How much of a hands-on dad is Pancho Magno?
Looks like Pancho Magno has been on hands-on dad mode since his wife, Max Collins, gave birth to a baby boy named Skye in July.
During a Zoom conference for “I Can See You: Love on the Balcony” on Friday, the Kapuso leading man shared that he had been giving a bath to their son, changing his diapers and making sure he’s always clean.
Pancho even takes baby Skye to their balcony to get some Vitamin D.
“Ako ang nagpapaligo sa kanya, gigising akong 6:30, mga one hour kami sa balcony, syempre diba—‘Love on the Balcony’ nga!—Vitamin D time namin ni baby. Ako nagbu-burp sa kanya, ako nagpapalit ng diaper,” the actor shared.
Pancho and Max welcomed Skye on July 6.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple decided to deliver the baby at home through water birth.
But no matter how hands-on he may have become for the past few months, Pancho said he was still in awe of his wife and all the moms out there who manage to take good care of the children they carried in their wombs for nine months.
“Hindi ko ma-imagine kung paano niya, paano nila nagagawa ’yun, lahat ng moms diyan, so sobrang surreal ng experience na ’yun,” Pancho said.
“Thats why ’yung love ko sa kanya ... kaya, sabi nila, ’yung love mo talaga sa family mo, ’yun talaga ’yung magdadala lahat. Lalo na sa pandemic na ’to, sa ganitong crisis, ’yun talaga, love talaga yung mananalo,” he added.
Pancho Magno stars on “I Can See You: Love On the Balcony,” which will premiere Monday, Sept. 28, on GMA Telebabad.
The highly anticipated pilot episode of GMA-7’s newest anthology series also features Alden Richards, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Denise Barbacena, and Shyr Valdez. – RC, GMA News
