Gabby Concepcion’s daughter Cloie Syquia-Skarne is getting married!
In an Instagram post on Thursday, the former beauty queen announced that she got engaged to her long-term boyfriend Fredrik Hill on Sept. 9.
Posting a photo of herself and Fredrik entangled in a sweet kiss, Cloie wrote, “We are engaged!” adding a heart emoji.
According to the Miss Earth Sweden 2016 titleholder, Fredrik proposed on their fifth anniversary together at Stockholm Grand Hôtel, the place Cloie secretly booked as well for Fredrik’s upcoming birthday.
“Not only had they picked the same hotel to surprise each other—they had even picked the very same suite!” one of Cloie’s posts read.
Cloie also shared that they plan to have a summer wedding.
Although the couple will reside in Sweden, Cloie wants to have her and her bridesmaids’ gowns made in the Philippines.
KC Concepcion, Cloie’s half-sister, quickly sent her congratulations. “Hi brother @hillfredrik,” she commented, adding a heart in eyes emoji.
