Regine Tolentino dedicates IG message for her daughter's birthday

Regine Tolentino dedicated a message for her daughter Reigen on Instagram for her birthday.

Posting several snapshots of her daughter, the celebrity mom wrote a heartfelt greeting in the caption.

"Happy birthday to my super sweet, thoughtful, kind, honest, loving, simple, and humble daughter!" Regine said tagging the birthday celebrant. 

"You are so beautiful inside and out, my love," she added.
