LJ Moreno, Jimmy Alapag reveal miscarriage of 4th child

A month after revealing they are expecting their fourth child, LJ Moreno and her husband Jimmy Alapag announced a heartbreaking news on their latest vlog post.

The actress and the former Gilas Pilipinas captain revealed that she had a miscarriage.

“I went back to the next appointment hoping that we can hear na the heartbeat but we still couldn’t call it a miscarriage because I didn’t believe it first. But the pregnancy stopped, the baby stopped,” LJ said in the video.

At first LJ and Jimmy thought they just couldn’t hear the heartbeat because it was only a little past six weeks into her pregnancy when she got checked.

“We were supposed to hear the heartbeat at that appointment but then we couldn’t find one but the doctor is saying it could be too early and it could also be because of the myoma,” she said.

Jimmy gave assurance that LJ was fine and that they talked to their kids about the miscarriage, which they said was the hardest part.

“At the end of the day we pray and we trust God. God has a plan for all this. If you guys are going through anything, you may not understand it now, but don’t lose the faith,” LJ said.

“It was a tough week but we’re not gonna question God’s plan for our family,” Jimmy said. “He’s been with us, he’s always with us ... In God’s time if He feels it’s right for us to have an addition to our family then it will happen again.”
