Philmar Alipayo recalls giving Andi Eigenmann pechay instead of flowers when they were newly dating

Philmar Alipayo has revealed that he gave Andi Eigenmann a bouquet of pechay instead of flowers during the early stages of their relationship.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Philmar shared a photo of the two of them with Andi smiling from ear to ear as she clutched the pechay bouquet.

“Ato first pic! Remember I give you pichay instead of a flower. Mingaw nako sa imo mahal ko (Our first pic! Remember I gave you pechay instead of a flower. I miss you, my love),” said Philmar.

Andi couldn’t help but be surprised and replied: “I’ve been looking for this pic. You said nawala!”

She shared the photo on her Instagram story. “One of my fave pics of us!!” she wrote.

In the couple’s recent vlog, Andi shared that she was attending an awarding ceremony while on vacation when she met Philmar, a professional surfer based in Siargao.

Andi said he got her a drink and they snapped a photo together.

Together, the couple is raising their daughter Lilo, who was born July 23, 2019.
