Kryz Uy unveils birthing experience in her latest vlog post

Nearly two weeks after giving birth to her first child Scott Knoa, Kryz Uy shared her birthing experience in a vlog post.

According to Kryz, giving birth is the hardest thing she has ever had to do "but also the most beautiful, rewarding, and life-changing experience. All the pains? Worth it."

Kryz documented shared clips of herself in pain, while her husband Slater stayed with her all throughout the process, holding her hand and showing support. She narrated that her water broke on June 2 early in the morning and from then on, it was game time.

According to Kryz, one of the things she hated the most was the "internal exam." She said it was like, they are "trying to reach my throat through my vagina, it's so painful."

Despite the pain that comes with giving birth, Kryz believes she had "such a great birthing experience," calling it a quick and easy for a first-time mom.

"They say it usually takes a while when it’s your first baby, but my cervix was just 'go go go!' After 2 hours, I was 6cm (ready for my epidural!!!) and then shortly after, I grew to 8,9 and then 10cm and was ready to PUSH!" she narrated.

Kryz said one of the things she did that she thought helped was doing prenatal workouts.

"It's so weird the baby's like 7.9 lbs and I'm such a tiny person so everyone was so shocked how I was able to push it out but thankfully lumabas si baby healthy and well," Kryz said.

"I felt comforted in the fact that I was in good hands and my baby would be delivered safely into the world," she wrote in the description of the video.

In the video, Kryz also showed the first few moments she's had with Baby Scott Knoa.

Kryz said they are already 12 days into being parents to Baby Scott Knoa.

"We’re exhausted, sleep-deprived, challenged physically and emotionally- but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Scottie is the biggest blessing and joy in our lives, and we’re more than honored to be part of his." — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
