AJ Perez' brother dedicates college graduation to late actor 9 years after death
AJ Perez' brother Angello is dedicating his college graduation to the late actor nine years after he died in a vehicular accident.
Angello, who will soon graduate from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in BS Psychology, shared his graduation photo where he is shown carrying a framed photo of AJ.
Nine years since you left, but I’ve always made it a point to dedicate all my accomplishments to you. This year, I’d like to believe that we are graduating together and I will be thinking of you when I receive that diploma. Thank you for always being my inspiration ?? pic.twitter.com/rokTxfCHkI

"Nine years since you left, but I’ve always made it a point to dedicate all my accomplishments to you," he wrote in a Twitter post. "This year, I’d like to believe that we are graduating together and I will be thinking of you when I receive that diploma."
"Thank you for always being my inspiration," he added.
AJ was on his way home to Manila after doing a show in Dagupan City when his vehicle, carrying his father and four other companions, collided with a bus in Tarlac.
He was pronounced dead the next day on April 17, 2011 and was the only fatality in the accident. He was only 18 years old.
Nonetheless, his family continues to remember him through every occasion.
Just last Christmas, the Perez family celebrated together and brought AJ along with them as they posed in front of the Christmas tree.
