Psychologist shares tips for couples struggling with each other amid quarantine
Can your love stand the test of quarantine? A psychologist from the Ateneo Bulatao Center for Psychological Services wants to ensure that it does.
In a Facebook post, psychologist Rica Cruz shared tips for those who may be struggling with "forced constant togetherness" brought by the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.
From scheduling "me time" and giving each other space, to simply being kind to each other, here's how you can make this time together more "comfortable, peaceful, loving, and worthwhile."
The center has been generous in sharing mental health tips for those struggling with anxiety and worry as the country tries to combat the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Other universities such as the University of the Philippines Diliman and the University of Santo Tomas have also been offering mental health services for anyone who needs it, including frontliners.
