Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero mark 5th wedding anniversary

It's back-to-back celebrations for Heart Evangelista and her husband Francis "Chiz" Escudero.

After celebrating her 35th birthday and Valentine's Day on February 14, the couple is now marking their fifth wedding anniversary a day later.

On her Instagram, Heart posted a photo of them on their wedding day.
