Michelle Dee gets full support of her Miss World PHL sisters, Kelley Day to even fly to London to watch!

Michelle Dee is on her way to take home the Miss World crown!

The model and actress is set to fly to London, United Kingdom on November 19 for the 69th Miss World,  happening on December 14.

"It fills my heart knowing that one country can come together to support one girl in a unified goal and that's amazing...It's a humbling experience," Michelle told the press gathered at her send-off conference at Nanka Japanese Steakhouse, Quezon City on  Wednesday, where Michelle was reunited with her Miss World Philippines beauty queen sisters.

Organized by Miss World Philippines Organization, in collaboration with GMA Artist Center, the conference was attended by beauty queens Isabelle de Leon (Miss Multinational PHL 2019), Kelley Day (Miss Eco International PHL 2019), Glyssa Perez (Miss PHL Tourism 2019), Katrina Llegado (Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2019) and Mary Daena Resurreccion (Miss Eco Teen International PHL 2019).

"Before meeting Michelle, I thought oh, Michelle Dee, the daughter of Melanie Marquez, she's the cousin of Winwyn, and she's also a model, but as I got to know her more, especially during the pageant and after the pageant, I really saw her dedication and I really saw her passion," Glyssa said.

"Even if we were in competition with each other, she's one of the girls that will really not sabotage anyone or pull someone else down. She really tries to lift everybody up and i think that's why we all came out really strong," added Kelley, who will actually fly to London to watch and support Michelle.

Kelley, a Kapuso actress like Michelle, said that she was really going to fly to the United Kingdom but booked her ticket for an earlier departure so she could support Michelle.

"I actually booked my flight earlier for you 'cause I love you," said Kelley.

Kelley narrated that back when they were competing in the Miss World Philippines pageant, Michelle would always be the one Kelley could depend on.

"She really tries to lift everybody up and I think that's why we all came out really strong," Kelley said. "Now, you're about to compete internationally and that's such a huge achievement. I'm really proud of you,"
