Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters and Camarines Sur governor Migz Villafuerte are getting married!

On Instagram Sunday, Rachel posted a photo of her flaunting the ring on her finger while hugging her fiance.

Rachel was part of the Top 10 of Miss Universe 2017, while Migz has been the governor of Camarines Sur since 2013.

They celebrated their fifth anniversary last July.
