Barangay Ginebra San Miguel PBA player Japeth Aguilar married his longtime girlfriend, former beauty queen Cassandra Naidas.

Japeth announced the news on his Instagram account on Sunday with photos of their civil wedding ceremony.

In the caption he wrote, "Let’s go home. Married God’s best. God is the best."

Japeth made headlines earlier this year , when he proposed to Cassandra upon arrival at NAIA, after helping Gilas Pilipinas qualify for the FIBA World Cup.

Shortly after, the baller revealed he had a different plan for proposal but felt going down on one knee at the airport was "the right time."
