Rufa Mae Quinto reveals long-standing friendship with Heart Evangelista: 'I really love her!'
Heart Evangelista and Rufa Mae Quinto make an unlikely pair, but in a couple of Instagram posts over the weekend, Rufa Mae revealed they actually have a long-standing friendship.
“Finally reunited with another shoe lover,” Rufa Mae began the caption accompanying a photo of the two of them surrounded by a room full of high heels.
“Miss na kita, ikaw talaga ang queen. I love you,” Rufa Mae continued, with Heart commenting “love you too dear. Always here to support you.”
In another post, Rufa Mae shared how how she became fast friends with Heart.
“I really love her,” Rufa Mae began, hilariously narrating how they first met at a wake in the ‘90s.
According to Rufa Mae, they were family friends since 1995. "Thirteen years old siya (teenagers kami). Nakita ko siya sa lamay, nakiramay ako and I saw her.
"Nagandahan kami sa isa’t isa. Sabi ko ang ganda mo. Hindi nya pala na-forget. Tapos nagkita kami, artista na siya!”
On the comments section, Heart called Rufa Mae queen and exclaimed, “nag-iisa ka!”
"Stay the way you are my love," Heart continued, " and thank you sa mga pamana mo sa ‘kin na extra height!”
