Carmina Villarroel celebrated her 44th birthday in the best way: a simple dinner with her favorite people.

Forgoing all the pomp and circumstance, the Kapuso actress ate out with her husband Zoren Legaspi and their twins Mavy and Cassy.

She still got a cake and was able to blow a candle, though!

Carmina shared photos of her simple and sweet birthday celebration in her Instagram.

Carmina turned 44 on August 17.
