Aiai delas Alas confirms pregnancy plans with husband Gerald Sibayan

Comedy Queen AiAi delas Alas on Thursday confirmed that she and her husband Gerald Sibayan will try and have a baby in January 2020.

“Magbe-baby kami next year,” AiAi said at the a press conference when the media asked what their plans are for the coming years.

AiAi said it will be through in vitro fertilization but she said she will carry own her baby.

“Ako magke-carry ng baby. Keri naman mag-carry,” she told entertainment reporters in an interview. “Sinabi naman ng doctor na keri,” AiAi added.

Asked if she plans to choose to have twins she said, “Hindi, depende kay Lord. Merong [chance] pero depende pa rin kay Lord. Siya ang magde-decide eh. If mabubuo ‘yon or hindi.”

She said they wanted to have another child, this time for her husband Gerald.

“Siyempre para kay Dar naman, para meron naman kaming anak. Siyempre aside from may mga anak ako gusto ko naman ‘yung may anak kaming dalawa para mas lalong binding ang pagsasama.”

According to AiAi, her children are excited for her to have a baby.

She confirmed she will lay low for a year to try to get pregnant in January 2020.

“Sabi ko nga kay Direk Louie — dapat gagawa rin kaming indie eh — sabi ko, ‘Direk sa 2020 na.’”

“Kaya yung mga pelikula na ginagawa ko ngayon, sunod sunod. Kasi yung iba dun next year na ilalabas,” she added.

AiAi said she will take a vacation from Sunday Pinasaya but she plans to go back when she is five months pregnant.

“I think magbabakasyon ako sa Sunday Pinasaya pero siguro bubuoin ko lang yung baby. Mga ika-5th puwede na ako mag-work. Yung safe na safe na talaga siya.”

The Kapuso actor has also been going to the gum to prepare for the pregnancy.

“Gym, pinapalakas ko yung likod ko tsaka para pampalakas kailangan malakas ako pag ginawa yun.” — LA, GMA News
