Clint Bondad speaks up about breakup with Catriona Gray

Clint Bondad has spoken about his breakup with Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.

"This is certainly not what we both wanted, but most certainly what we both need at this point of our life," Clint shared on Instagram.

The model accompanied his comments with his interview on GMA News' News To Go back in December, where he was asked whether he acknowledges the fact that Catriona belongs not only to him, but to her family and to the whole "universe."

"Well, she belongs first of all, to herself," he answered.

Despite their split-up, Clint said Catriona is still "the most beautiful woman" he has ever met, and wished the beauty queen well.

"Man, and here I am working so hard on my bad boy image... I stand by all I have ever said about you. You are still the most beautiful woman that I have ever met. I wish you the very best on your path, wherever it will carry you...Truly," he wrote.
